Ingredients
Meatloaf
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup yellow onion,diced
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon
- Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried
- parsley leaves
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic
- powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Topping
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar, packed
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
Directions
Heat oven to 350.
For meatloaf: In a large bowl, mix all meatloaf ingredients
together until well-combined. Add meat mixture to a loaf
pan (or form into loaf on a baking sheet).
For topping: In a small bowl, combine all topping
ingredients; spread sauce evenly on meatloaf.
Bake uncovered until done, about 55 minutes. Let meatloaf
rest for 8-10 minutes before serving.
