Ingredients
1 stick butter
3 teaspoons garlic, minced
2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 cups Parmesan cheese, shredded
1 cup Asiago cheese or Italian cheese blend, shredded
Seasoning to taste (I use onion powder, oregano and Italian seasoning)
1 pound or more shrimp, seasoned as preferred and grilled (tails and shells removed)
Cooked pasta for serving
Directions
In a large saucepan, melt butter. Add garlic and heavy whipping cream. When hot, stir in Parmesan cheese and Asiago cheese/Italian cheese blend. Season to taste. Add grilled shrimp. Serve with pasta.
Note: This recipe can also be prepared with grilled chicken instead of shrimp.
