• 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 large yellow onion, diced
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 (15-ounce) cans tomato sauce
  • 2 (15-ounce) cans diced tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • Couple shakes of garlic powder, seasoned salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked




Cook beef and onion in large Dutch oven until brown. Remove from heat, and drain grease. To the same pot, add water, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, soy sauce, garlic, salt and additional seasonings, and bring to a boil. Add beef mixture and macaroni to pot. Reduce heat to simmer, and cook for 20 minutes or until tender.
