1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1/3 cup feta cheese

1/3 cup packed sundried tomatoes, drained

1 teaspoon mayonnaise

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon oregano

½ cup Italian style shredded cheese (or more)

Cracker, pita chips and cucumber slices for serving


Stir together the cream cheese, feta, sundried tomatoes, mayonnaise, garlic salt and oregano until well combined. Then stir in the cheese blend and form into a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours or until time to serve.

It is best to leave this out for 30 minutes before serving.

Serve with pitas chips, crackers, cucumbers, etc.
