1 (11-ounce) bag white chocolate chips

1 tablespoon vegetable or coconut oil

2 (3.25-ounce) bags butter puffcorn (I prefer Chester’s)

Red sprinkles


To a large microwave-safe bowl, add white chocolate chips and oil. Microwave for 1 minute, stir, and return to microwave for another minute. Stir, then add puffcorn, and gently stir to coat. Spread puffcorn on parchment-lined baking sheets, and add red sprinkles. Place in refrigerator or freezer for a few minutes to dry. Store in airtight container.
