Ingredients
- 1 (15.25 ounce) box white or yellow cake mix
- 2 eggs
- ⅓ cup oil
- 1 cup quick oats
- ½ cup raisins
- 1 cup apple butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
Directions
Heat oven to 350º.
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Drop by tablespoon onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.
