• 2 (21 ounce) cans apple pie filling
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) box spice cake mix
  • 1 ½ to 2 sticks butter, cut into slices


Add apple pie filling to bottom of slow cooker. Evenly pour cake mix on top, and layer butter slices on top of cake mix (do not mix!). Close lid, and cook on high for 2 ½ hours.

Note: Dessert can be served as is or with ice cream.
