• 1 (3.4-ounce) package instant pistachio pudding
  • 1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 (8-ounce) container whipped topping


In a large bowl, stir together pistachio pudding, pineapple, marshmallows and pecans until well-combined. Fold in whipped topping. Cover and refrigerate until time to serve.

Note: This can be made a day or two in advance.
