Ingredients
1 teaspoon oil
1 stalk celery, chopped
3 tablespoons red onion, minced
1 teaspoon curry powder
2 Granny Smith apples, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
Salt to taste
Directions
In a skillet, heat oil. Sauté celery and red onion for 4 minutes. Add curry powder and apples, and cook for 2 minutes. Add dried cranberries, apple cider vinegar, sugar and salt, and simmer for 5 minutes. Allow to cool before serving.
Note: This is particularly good on chicken brats or turkey hot dogs. This was the crowd favorite.
