Ingredients
2/3 cup sauerkraut
2/3 cup corned beef, chopped
1 slice Swiss cheese, minced
1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
Directions
Strain sauerkraut, pressing down to release as much liquid as possible.
In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients. Refrigerate until time to serve.
