• 1.5 pounds baby gold potatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Favorite Caesar salad dressing


Heat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil, and set aside.

Add potatoes to a large bowl; add olive oil, and thoroughly toss to coat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and toss again. Roast for 30 minutes or until fork-tender. Allow to cool for 10 minutes. Drizzle with Caesar salad dressing and serve.
