• Nonstick cooking spray
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 large very ripe bananas, smashed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup light-tasting extra-virgin olive oil (must be light-tasting)
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup almond milk



Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, protein powder, baking soda, baking powder, sugar and salt. Add bananas, vanilla extract, olive oil, canola oil, eggs and almond milk.

Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour.


Note: This recipe includes more protein, healthier oil and less sugar than traditional banana bread.
